Best Buy delivery service is the biggest liars ever ,   Been waiting for 6 weeks for a brand new replacement refrigerator in mean time my food continues to spoil faster then I can eat it.  So my delivery was today.  CTSI  Parked in front of my house and called me on my phone they had the wrong # never knocked on our door , we were wide awake 20 feet from our door had all all of our food sprawled all over the counters.   Told 7:25 waitied till 9 my husband toke off work.  Called they completely lied and said no one was home and blew us off and will not come back.  Been the phone for hours while my food again rots.   I will cancel my Best Buy card and return everything inb ought for Christmas I will recoup my cost.  Just wow buyer beware do not buy from this company especially if CTSI  delivery IS INVOLVED. Shame on you Best Buy.
