CTSI DELIVERY NIGHTMARE

CTSI was to deliver refrigerator and stove. They only had refrigerator and as I went inside to get my phone literally for 2 minutes they had left claiming I refused delivery. Really bad service and to top it all Best Buy had changed the delivery of the stove and never informed me. Way to go Best Buy not only you have a really insanely poor third party delivery service in CTSI as well as very bad customer support …
