COVID Protocol Not Observed

Given the number of emails that I've received about COVID protocol from among delivery personnel, I was quite surprised when one of the two delivery men who dropped off our new television was not masked. It's pretty unfortunate to have to put the customer in the position of having to chastise a worker for Best Buy, and so there I was in my mask, unable to say anything, trying to keep my distance as he moved around my porch to photograph the delivery, careless about the six feet of distance. We're in a pandemic, the goal is to keep everyone safe, and this is a mutual responsibility among all of us. I did my part. Best Buy, you need to make sure that everyone who represents your organization does their part, as well.
