I've also had trouble getting a custom COI for a TV delivery, which my building management requires. I've called 6 times over the last couple weeks and been put on hold for so long that I've now spent HOURS on the phone trying to get it. Several times they told me someone would call me back or if I chose to not hold on the line they would call me back, and I did not receive a single call any of these times. The times when I've actually been able to talk to someone, they've transferred me around or dropped me. This process has been beyond frustrating. I have never had this much trouble getting a COI before with other companies.
I've been trying for so long over the phone that the delivery is now the day after tomorrow. Can someone please help me with this ASAP? I can provide you with all of the information.
