We purchased $9000 of Viking appliances from Best Buy on May 5th and were told that the delivery would be a month out which corresponded with the the completion of our kitchen. On June 5th we received an email saying that our appliances were delayed with no reason or explanation. Our Viking appliances have been delayed twice and the new delivery date is 4 MONTHS out in late September with no confidence that they will meet the new delivery date. I now have a remodeled kitchen and no appliances. I have no confidence in Best Buy's delivery dates as they just reschedule once we get close to the scheduled date. This is beyond frustrating. I have called and no supervisor is available and no supervisor calls me back. The store where I purchased the appliances won't accept phone calls as all calls are routed to a central operator. We are SHOCKED by the lack of service.
