There are no words for how awful the delivery and installation service is from Best Buy. 

Be aware that they use third parties for installation, most who don't know what they're doing.  There are way too many other places to get appliances, TVs, etc to put up with this horrific service.

The only bright side is that we learned our lesson with our washer/dryer before we began remodeling our house, so at least now we know not to buy anything else during that process from Best Buy.
