Our building only allows deliveries until 5pm and our delivery window is noon - 8pm. Can we communicate this to the delivery crew somehow?

Hi bsweeney, that's a great question. If possible, I think the best option to ensure you have your delivery at the time you need it, is to select an earlier time slot, maybe the 7 a.m.- 1 p.m. That way it's logged in the system because that's how a drivers route is determined for a delivery.
