Broken Rear View Camera

Dear Customer Service,
I am writing you in regards to first compliment you on your Car Installer Floyd. He was excellent. Unfortunately, the install of my rear view camera was done inappropriately leading to fraying of the wires. I took pictures as evidence of the poor install leading to my rear view camera failing and have the wires.I am asking you to please refund me the moneys of my original install being 227.57.

I'm sure you were eager to have this installed, and while I'm glad to hear that Lloyd was stellar, I understand that service may not have gone as expected originally.
