I had my refrigerator delivered 1/3/2019. I was asked to confirm that the refrigerator was the one I ordered. It was still on the truck so I only saw a portion of the fridge which I had noticed a small scratch and brought it up with the driver. He said I could probably get a % off for that and I felt I could live with that damage so I went on with the installation but then they brought it in and once they re installed the doors I noticed it had a dent on the right side and another decent dent with multiple smaller dents around it on the left side door. The fridge had black smudges even on the inside so I'm almost certain this isn't a new refrigerator. Anyway the driver took pictures and called what I assume is the geek squad to report the damage. They wanted to speak to me and said they currently couldn't do anything because the delivery was still in progress so he told me he would call back the next day to schedule a new fridge to replace that one. It is the end of the following day and of course they didn't call back.
Since I noticed BB associates seem pretty active here and seem more helpful than the geek squad number, I was hoping someone could help me confirm that my order is actually being worked on and not just labeled as complete and tossed under the rug. Really don't want to black list BestBuy since this is my first major appliance I'm buying from them but this isn't leaving a good first impression.

Thanks for the reply. They didn't call back but I was able to call and have it replaced today but now the new fridge is missing the door bins. How would I go about getting that sorted?

Thanks! I actually posted here first because I had no confidence in the geek squad from everything I read but despite the issues, the geek squad were really helpful and resolved everything pretty quickly.
