Botched installation delay in resolving


So the third party provider who was sent to install multiple TVs and components stopped half way through and basically admitted defeat. One TV is broken (came that way) two are not hung and there are boxes everywhere. And a hole in my wall where they punched in the wrong place. I’ve spent hours on the phone and talked to the store manager. I was told repeatedly that someone would call me back, follow up and reschedule an installation. But no one has followed through. Not once. I keep hearing the case has been escalated and even the poor store manager said he can’t help me. Some other higher up person will open a new order and call me. But who? And when? It’s been a week. This experience makes me so enraged. Finally figured I’d try this route. Any help?
