Black Friday TV purchase - still no TV delivered

I ordered a TV on Black Friday, and I was charged for it. It is now almost 3 months later, and I’ve had almost 10 deliveries cancelled and all I’m being told is that they have TVs in a warehouse and a transfer request is in...: for 3 months. Is anyone having the same problem? Has anyone been able to get it resolved? Did I get sold a TV that they don’t even have but they won’t cancel the order? This seems illegal. Any advice? I was told there is no complaint department or anyone I could take this issue up with.
