Beware of CTSI Delivery Service ...... Bad Service and No Customer Service I scheduled delivery and installation over 2 weeks ago and made sure all addresses and info were correct, the day of delivery the dispatcher called me saying they are going to be late over 2 hours, I asked them to confirm the delivery address which was incorrect when I explained to them the correct address they told me since I wanted to change the address they cannot accommodate. I explained I wasn't changing the address they had the wrong address which was only 10 min from the address they gave me. The person Jonathan from CTSI delivery was getting very rude and irate with me..I would never do service with them again and from seeing everyone on this forum say the same thing I don't know why Bestbuy is doing business with them. I won't accept anything from them in the future, Very bad service and no customer service, this company must be a mom and-pop operation
