BestBuy Sedgwick Claims not responding to claim after 35-days and many attempts to contact

 

My car was damaged in the Naples, FL BestBuy parking lot by a piece of rebar extending from the top of a parking lot car stop on 11-14-2021. I filed a claim with Kendra in Risk Management on 11-15-2021, after several voicemail messages to Sedgwick at 855-832-1338 I called Best Buy Risk Management on 11-23-21 to inquire as to the status of my claim. The rep Cheryl said it had not been assigned to a claims agent and to check back in a few days. After several more voicemail messages to Sedgwick and no return call I called BestBuy Risk Management again on 12-1-21 and was informed that my claim had been deleted and I would need to file a new claim. It has been 20-days since then, several more voicemail messages that have gone un-returned and now BestBuy has changed their phone system that you can not reach anyone that doesn't have something to do with their services, not even a human operator. 

 

Can anyone tell me who I can call to speak to a human that may be able to help?
