I had a dishwasher installed by Best Buy and after running it for the first cycle it immediately flooded my entire kitchen. After 2 months of waiting for Sedgwick to resolve the claim I get a response that Best Buy does not take any responsibility for the damage and that the claim is denied. How on earth can they tell me they are not responsible when they are the ones who installed the dishwasher??? This has been the worst experience ever...damaged my kitchen and won't take any responsibility...
