I have been waiting since 3-15-22 to get damages due to the TV  install team, to my house wiring that they ran a lag bolt into. I got estimates from an electrician and a drywall guy to have the wiring repaired. I have been sending many e-mails and dozens of phone calls to their insurance called Sedgwick with no response. I finally got a hold of the insurance adjuster 2 days ago and she said they denied it. They still never notified my of this! I have proof from the electrician and many photos that show that damage. I did not fix it yet because that would be tampering with the evidence in case they would question it. HELP!!!
