Best Buy playing with my delivery.

I ordered my kitchen appliances on 7/2021, and was told the delivery to be on 10/21, no communication so far went to store, talk to agent and he said one time is in ship and will be delivered on 1/22, ok that’s fine.. got schedule for delivery 2/10/22, the delivery guy showed up with blower and no vented hood?? I was told this is in warehouse on 1/12/22,, Dis you guys ship my stuff to some other customer as some preferential treatment. I paid some $13K a year back. Why did you charged in full if Best Buy intend to play games with ne.
Such a pathetic service.
