Best Buy is the worst company ever

Best Buy (in combination with Geek Squad) is the worst company ever. I missed a bunch of workdays and waited many times for service techs who either showed up and couldn't solve the problem because they weren't "certified" to work on that part or because they just never showed up at all and, "we're sorry", never notifyied me. Today the guy was in the truck 100 feet from my house and I was trying to show him where to park (to deliver my replacement refrigerator) and he just drove away ... i never heard from him again! Wow.
