I have an appointment to install a car stereo in my 2017 Toyota Camry XSE with JBL audio & standard key. I purchased the parts and made an appointment through a sales rep at Best Buy Pasadena. The appointment is scheduled for Best Buy City of Industry, and when I tried to call many times no one ever picks up.
I just wanted to verify the parts I purchased are correct. I notice there was no dash kit included in the parts list. Do I need to purchase and bring the dash kit before my appointment?
Please point me in the right direction to get a hold of someone that can verify my parts list. Thank you.

Good afternoon, heavywind,
Welcome to our forums! Getting a new stereo system for your car should be a great upgrade, so it’s disappointing to hear you’ve been unable to connect with anyone regarding the parts you’ll need for this service to be completed.
I did some digging using Best Buy’s Autotech Service Selector tool with the make and model of your car, and it does appear a dash kit is recommended for 2015 and later Toyota Camry vehicles to complete the install you’re referring to. Going forward, I would recommend purchasing this dash kit just in case, and if the Autotech at our City of Industry store discovers they’ll no longer need the kit to complete the install, they should be able to assist in getting the purchase returned for you.
I hope this helps, but if you have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to visit our Support Forums again.
