Best Buy failed to deliver the Dishwasher I bought on Nov 23, 2018

On Nov 23, 2018 I made a purchase of a Samsung refregirator, electric convection cooking range and dishwasher that cost me $ 2765.98 (order number {removed per forum guidelines}). On the delivery day (Dec 18, 2018) only refregirator and cooking range was delivered and installed, since dishwasher was damaged. Since that day I am trying to contact Best Buy customer service to schedule a redelivery of the dishwasher that I already paid for over more than a month. I called  4 times and each time I was told they will contact me to schedule the delivery but never heard back from Best Buy .


i don't know what else to do with this situation. I paid $ 476 for this dishwasher and BestBuy is treating me so badly in resolving this issue. Can anyone what I can do to get my dishwasher?
