We bought an LG Fridge which includes the waterline, delivery and install to be ready for use, haul-away. The delivery guys then points out a "leak of the old connector faucet" and says "they cannot work on a leaking, old faucet. I investigated and point out that the origin of the wet spot of the waterline they are to replace during installation. No can do. I unscrewed the waterline and don't out that the faucet is NOT the issue. No can do. I then request a refund for the installation and was given a "here is the return request, just call them tomorrow". I proceeded to do the complete installation. An online chat of 1 hour became a pointless circular Q&A with the conclusion - call the 1 800 number. The call service agent was professional and completely incapable of anything but circular Q&A. Cannot escalate. But the investigators will respond within 12 hours. No 24 hours. The response within a few minutes from the "investigator" is - declined request for reimbursement for no-installation.
