I purchased a televison from best buy and scheduled a delivery for August 4 2020, it was confirmed and I was supposed to get the TV on the seleected date. On the day of delivery, my deelivery was cancelled and I got a text to reschedule the delivery, i rescheduled it to 8th August. The very same day the second reschedule i did was also cancelled, and again a text message to reschedule the delivery. This time i rescheduled the delievery for August 12 as only that is the date available i see next. The same day the third delievry of 12th August was also cancelled. I have no clue what the problem with best buy is i am not given any reason when i called customer support, i am just being told vendor did not send.
I spoke to the customer agent twice both the times i was told the delivery will be made on 8th then 12th.. but i keep getting cancellation delivery messages. I heard that best buy gives compensation if the deliveries are late but none so far for me here, if this is the way best buy treats a customer then I will be forced to cancel my order and take this and future businesses away from best buy. Also i will make sure to highlight these issues in Social media.
