I need to talk to a responsible person to resolve a property damage claim that has dragged on for over a month. The installer didn't check the washing machine drain and flooded my basement. Sedgwick is incompetent. Custard is useless.

Did it flood your basement the first time you used it?

However, you mention in your messages that you’re having difficulties interacting with Sedgwick. Can you share a bit more about what’s happening? It appears that the option going forward is to tell as many people that I can that Best Buy sucks. They have passed me around to about fifteen different people involving three different companies. They have not been timely in their responses and they basically called me a liar. This is completely unacceptable. Best Buy sucks!
