I recently got Best Buy to deliver and install a washer and dryer.
They incorrectly installed the washer causing a leak to occur which ended up flooding my floor and wall with water.
I have tried talking to Best Buy/ Geek Squad but have received no response.
Currently my house has water damage and may already have mold and is a health and safety risk and filed a claim but no response from Best Buy or their claims company.
I just want to avoid the health of myself and my family being at risk, but even though Best Buy caused this, they don't care.
