Best Buy Does Not Deliver: Double No-Call, No-Show

I ordered a treadmill last month with a scheduled eight hour delivery window. I waited around and it didn’t show up and nobody reached out. I had to do the leg work to remedy this. It was then rescheduled for the following week. Here we are. Where is it? I called ahead to confirm and they said someone would be reaching out. Where is it? 12 - 8 has come and gone, again, and you still have my money and I’ve heard nothing from you.

Imagine for a moment I owed Best Buy something of similar value and defaulted. What would YOU do?

What are you going to do to retain a customer that can buy the same product at the same price elsewhere?

Update: now we are at a four-time no-call, no-show. My wife and I have both spoken to Best Buy, Geek Squad, and CRST Home Solutions (delivery company). We have altered our schedules around this and my wife has taken time off of work. She spent 2.5 hours on hold with one of the agencies. I asked to speak to a manager and had my call dropped. I called again and there wasn’t a manager available.

Let me reiterate: this was a total of FOUR eight hour wait sessions over three weeks where we got stood up.
