Best Buy Delivery Damages Nightmare

Best Buy used a contracted company to do their appliance deliveries of our refrigerator, scraped our walls, and dropped the fridge punching a hole in our hallway drywall. Sedgwick Claims Managment, Control Transportation Systems Inc., and Nunez Express denied the insurance claim but you can never reach them by phone to dispute it! There are a million companies involved in processing the insurance claim making the process extremely difficult and no one answers phone at these companies to discuss the claim? Is this a joke? Even the delivery people expressed their apologies when they created the damage but Best Buy just passed us off to other companies to handle it but those companies are unreachable.

Call Control Transportation Systems, Inc at [information removed per forum guidelines] or their claims administrator at [information removed per forum guidelines] and you will see they don’t answer. No answer for weeks on end. Supposedly this is the Best Buy warehouse that appliances are delivered from. They are the ones processing the claim.

A few weeks ago I sent the information you were requesting.  Another BBY rep responded for you.  Apparently they contacted Sedgwick but to date Sedgwick has not contacted us.  So unprofessional.  Next steps may need to be legal ones to resolve this.  The number my wife Michelle {removed per forum guidelines} can be reached at to discuss this matter is {removed per forum guidelines}.  She is unavailable today 3/21/2019 but can be reached tomorrow 3/22/2019 and onward.
