Had order for a ProForm 5000 Smart treadmill. Made delivery date weeks in the future thinking it might be a better bet. No such luck. What is wrong with your delivery system, Best Buy? It is pretty obvious that it is badly broken from all the recent comments in the "Delivery" forum. You are destroying any customer Good Will the company has left.
My case in Best Buy Delivery Hell -- Delivery and setup of the treadmill was suppose to be today (Dec 22nd) between noon-8pm. Stayed at home all day to be there for the Best Buy delivery guys. No one called the day before like they were suppose to do about delivery. No one called today to inform me about any delivery or associated problems. Nada, zilch, zero. Online still says "Delivery today" (Dec 22nd) but it is now way past 8pm so it is clear something is wrong but heck if I know what it is because Best Buy gives me NO INFORMATION even online. Called the local BB store and it automatically hands the call off to Best Buy national operators. Wait on line for 30 minutes, finally picked up, guy says he'll have to check with Geek Squad about what happened to my delivery today, wait another 15 minutes.... then phone is hung up on Best Buy's end leaving me clueless and with no help whatsoever. Extremely frustrating.
OK, I'm reaching out to anyone who can help over in Best Buy customer service land. This is your chance to shine. What the heck am I suppose to do? Why don't your delivery people at least have the courtesy to call the customer and let then know what happened? You online site tells me absolutely nothing about what happened today. Will it come tomorrow? Next week? Next month? Will I have to reschedule again, and again, and agian? I have seen scads of people going through Best Best delivery hell now with 4 and 5 delivery dates missed with no calls, no updates, no information about what happened... nada, ziltch, zero. People take off a days work for this stuff, Best Buy! Do you fully realize the frustration in all this mess?
I'm about to put Best Buy on my never buy "Naughty List". If people order stuff and you can't even take the time to let them know what happened then why should I ever buy from your company again? Help please! I wish to get out of Delivery Hell, it's hot down here!

While there may be factors that could result in appointment needing to be rescheduled, it is extremely important our customers are informed, and I understand that wasn’t the case with your order.
