Best Buy Case pending 2 weeks Dryer not working - Horrible Service

Hello All - I need guidance. Best buy has been unresposive and uncooperative. Horrible Service

 

It's been over a month i have a dryer in the middle of my living room that is not installed that doesnt work. They provided a stacking kit that is incompatible to my newly bought Samsung 4.0 Cu. Ft. Electric Compact Dryer (DV22K6800EW) - Whitesamsung and the stacking kit is no longer in fabrication, they dont have it.

 

After delivery, Best buy installers inform me the stacking kit:

 

1- Wrong stacking kit provided

2- Stacking kit does not exist

 

As such I have filed a case and its been pending 2 weeks. ALL THEY NEED TO DO IS COME PICK UP EVERYTHING.

I called today and they told me, itll take ANOTHER week to process and AN ADDITINOAL week to return.

 

Since it was ordered online, I cant even take everything back to store.

 

PLEASE HELP!

 

And to top it all, I try to write a review, they don't allow me, it says error. Used different brosers, different computers, I even CALLED customer service TWICE, giving them my review to POST, nothing happens.

 

THEYRE TRYING TO SILENCE ME. Try posting a negative review, you wont be able to.
