I have 2 claims since the installers did damage TWICE. It's been two weeks with no followup at all. Had to pay $500 to have our water fixed and I haven't even been able to share pictures of damage with anyone. What horrible service. Best Buy, please evaluate who you are working with! You will lose customers. If someone can please help me get this escalated that would be nice.

I sent a message yesterday and haven't heard back. I also have not heard anything from Sedgwick still. Is there a phone number I can call to actually make progress on this? It's getting ridiculous.
