Bad washer installation, unhelpful customer service.

For some reason my post keeps getting marked as spam.

Best buy installed a new washer but with the hot and cold lines swapped. As a result, I damaged some of my clothes with a cold wash that turned out to be hot.

Earliest fix is 5 days later and requires staying at home on a work day waiting for them.

Their compensation for the trouble doesn't cover for the time off work, let alone the damaged clothing and trouble.

One agent kept saying they can only follow "the process" like some evil robot.

Overall not helpful. Just own your shortcomings and compensate properly for the trouble caused. The current "process" is simply flirting with how much you can get away with screwing over a customer here or there where no one is happy.
