I had purchased car audio and all the parts to install it, made appt. with geek squad for two hours total. I arrived on time and ask if I can pull the car inside, and right away , it's " i need to first check if you have everything. " Once he saw I have all the parts, then it's " this install takes 4 hours for this car" , we need to reschedule. I questioned him, and he snapped at me " I'm doing the work, I know how long it takes me. Next, he tries to convince me that I can just return everything, I should just use the blutooth and use my phone. It was so obvious he wanted me to go away, looking for any reason not to do the work. Brad also said instead of free installation, I will have to pay additional $100- which was never mentioned when I payed. I made another appointment at another Best buy, no way is this guy installing my stereo - he totally inconvenienced me and insulted my intelligence - that was a very bad experience. This was the store in Union city, CA on March 23 /19

With that said, it's dismaying to hear that Brad may have left a sour taste in your mouth. While it's good that we are ensuring all the appropriate equipment is there and the time has been appropriately booked, we should be reviewing this information with the customer in a courteous manner. It definitely sounds like we may have missed the mark here, and apologize for any rudeness you may have encountered.
