In 2018 I purchased a GE tall tub dishwasher or so I thought. What was delivered was a cheaper Samsung dishwasher. At the time of the delivery my husband was having health issuesand I didn't check the box. THIS WAS MY FAULT. I assumed the delivery guys knew what the orders were. I was going to install the dishwasher myself. I didn't get to install the dishwasher until February of 2021 It sat in my dining room for 3 years In February I realized that I was delivered the wrong dishwasher. Of course the 15 day return period had long passed so ABSOLUTELY no help from Best Buy. So I ended up paying $282 extra for a $474 dishwasher. I would not recommend buying from Best Buy because they are only after the almighty dollar.

Thank you for joining our online community. It is always a pleasure to welcome a new member. This is a great place to learn about new products, interact with other members, and request support from our team of moderators. We are always happy to help, within our means.
When a family member is experiencing health issues, that certainly becomes the priority. When products are delivered, there are processes in place, which should help ensure the correct merchandise is received. It is surprising to learn you may have had the wrong dishwasher delivered, especially if it was an entirely different brand.
As you’re aware, our Return & Exchange Promise allows our customers 15 days to request support with defects, damages, or other issues, when it comes to major appliances. In this case, that time frame has expired.
If you would not mind sending a Private Message, we can collect the information to access the order history. We certainly want to be sure this matter is formally documented. To get started, simply select the darker blue icon, which is located across from my signature.
