We've purchased so much stuff from best buy over the years and thought we'd take a chance buying a kitchen appliance, a refrigerator. We've been happy buying appliances direct from manufacturers and other stores, but we were a little nervous buying from best buy, since best buy is not known for its appliances sales and deliveries like other stores. We should have come here first to research a bit. After wasting hours getting everything set, buying the needed items, trying to prep so we don't lose hundreds of dollars of food, and spending hours doing so, our refrigerator came damaged. We refused delivery, but now we are out our time and money because of best buys mistake. Every store makes mistakes every now and the , but it's the ones that offer great customer service after the fact that win business and don't lose sales. Wasted almost another hour on the phone with zero resolution and zero help. Really bad experience.
