Bad delivery and installation services Irvine CA 92618

I am voicing my extreme frustration with the way these services are being carried out by third party delivery company that takes no reponsibiliy or consideration toward the consumers. When monies are all paid for and we cant even get the appliances to be properly deliverred and installed, what s the purpose of having a store like Best Buy when you cant fix the issue straight away and force us to wait another 3 weeks for installation of the fridge and washer which were left in our garage yesterday simply becoz the delivery guy did not have anough ppl to carry it upstairs. It was clearly noted on record to Best Buy that they were to be installed on 2F. I am a new mom, just delivered our baby after moving in a new place with no appliances on 3 Oct and now is left stranded without a fridge and a washer. How am I supposed to store breast milk and feed the baby and wash the clothes for the next 3 weeks. No one at Best Buy seems to be really trying to resolve this problem for me. I am depressed.

I need to get into contact with someone on the management team to file an official complaint and get this issue fixed in the next couple of days pls.

Congratulations on the recent addition to your family as well as your new home! So many important events happening close together can definitely lead to stress, so I’m disheartened that your appliance delivery and installation did not go the way we would hope. I’m sure I would be equally upset if I were in your situation.

It appears that case manager Jorge has been in contact with you to discuss your concerns. I would advise to continue working with Jorge as he will be best equipped to assist you going forward.
