Purchased new all in one computer on may 5th. Tried to get set up for delivery and set up. Several attempts to call the number to schedule a appointment. Call was dropped several times before getting thru to real person. Trying to talk with him was impossible for me due to his poor English and accent. Went back to Midwest city store for help. One of the salesman said he could understand about 50% of what he was saying. Appointment set up for may 9th, Timothy with geek squad called the day before may 8 th to confirm appointment. I told him computer was at the store and he said he would bring it or have it delivered. Timothy called and said he would be there in 10 minutes. I asked him about the status of the computer. He did not have it and said for me to go and pick it up and call him. I I picked it up and called Timothy and he said he would call and get me rescheduled and the manager was going to give me a 100$ gift certificate. I have texted him and called every day to check on status of installation. Timothy would not answer my calls or texts. I have since hired someone to set up new computer. I have received the worst customer service since I bought this. Almost nothing I was told was the truth. I have canceled my geek squad contract and requested a full refund. I will never buy anything from you guys again and will pass on the service I have received every chance I have. Recommend to everyone to pass on buying anything from Best Buy . {removed per forum guidelines}
