Bad customer service

We bought a refrigerator on 2/2/2020 and set up delivery for 2/4/2020. When we made the purchase we were told that we were in the 12 to 6 delivery window and that someone would call us with a two hour window the night before. As the time got later we called 1-800-BestBuy where they told us that we were on the schedule and that the delivery team would call us before they came out. Well by 4:00 no refrigerator delivered no phone call I called 1-800-BestBuy where I was first told our delivery was in progress then told that our delivery paperwork wasn't transferred to the delivery team and then told they didn't deliver today because of the weather. All of these things with no phone call no communication at all. I took the afternoon off of work to be here for the delivery all I was offered was a a new delivery day which is 3 days away and a $50 gift card to spend at Best Buy. Are you kidding me? What about my hours I missed at work? Now they say we are on the schedule for Friday but when we put our information in we have no appointment. All I want to know is when is our refrigerator going to be delivered???
