I have looked around the best buy site and can't find anything about what to do in the case of bad assembly.
I had a treadmill delivered and assembled today. They plugged it in, it powered on, and it was in a regular treadmill position. They never tested whether it would work or fold up/down.
When they left, I went to fold the treadmill, it has a hydraulic release. Apparently something they assembled was wrong because it doesn't full fold up or fold down. Now I can't get it back to a regular position at all. The foot of the treadmill is also loose.
The only options I see are to make a full return. But nothing about re-doing a bad assembly job. I think it would work if it was just assembled correctly. Any help appreciated.
