Ordered dishwasher on 7 of January, BEST BUY rescheduled delivery several times. On 26 of March you CANCELED & REFUNDED MY MONEY...This was a GIFT for my 38th Wedding Anniversary which was on 27 of March...I am LIVID
And my husband is a long term INVESTOR In BBY...I will make him sell his STOCKS!
Now the item is not on sale anymore and you are trying to sell it to me at the MSRP, after repeaded communication with the Customer Care Call Center WE relize they were just jerking us around for several days and many hours. We communicated with around 15 different agents and two (2) indentified themselves as Supervisors and they too jerked us around.
We have consulted with legal counsel and he will handle this matter but he wanted us to attempt other means before he preseeds. So, I am again giving you a chance to as you Supervisor from Call Center stated "allow me one time to make it right" but he did not do anything. Also, repeated requests were made to forward to me a transcript of our communications with Best Buy and we have not received any.
I herein give you permission to speak, write, communicate, call my husband John Annillo for any further communications.
