I have recently attempted to have a Sony Radio installed in my 2005 Mercedes-Benz through Geek Squad on Friday October 14th 2022. I have a claim number and they text me with a Kristen {removed per forum guidelines}
as my claim specialist. I haven't been contacted by this person at all yet, I have been without my car since Friday afternoon.The vehicle no longer functions since this radio install and its fried in my driveway blocking my backup vehicle. I just want to give Best buy / Geek squad the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to me ASAP~
