Scheduled delivery was for April 1, 2021. April Fools!!!! Nobody showed even when someone called on March 31st to confirm delivery! Sat home all day on the 1st and nobody showed. Called Best Buy. Was told hook up was never scheduled so washer and dryer was not sent. Today, delivery is in my area, nobody called still for delivery. Now I am told by support that nobody has set up delivery or set up at this point. Am I satisfied with Best Buy at this point? You don't want to ask me that question in this forum right now! I have disabled persons in my home and this machine set is a necessity. It was promised for February delivery. Here is it April 8th and it has been sitting in the store since the 30th and still no delivery or even a scheduled delivery. I am ready to cancel this dang order. Not happy at all with Best Buy at this point! And extended warranty is being eaten up for a machine I should have had two months ago!!! Change that start date on expensive extended warranty I paid for also
