Appliances ordered and can’t get them delivered

I have tried to reschedule my appliance delivery over 20 times and have spoken with multiple Geek Squad associates to NO AVAIL!!
This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced.
It is clear Best Buy’s process to work with their 3rd party vendors is broken.
At this point I want to cancel and get a refund.

I tried to resolve this issue privately to no avail. I had to cancel my order because you refused to deliver my order.

Additionally. I only signed up for total tech because of the order and now you only will give me 1/4 of the $199.

It is clear Beat buy does not care about customer retention or do what’s right for the customer.

I completely understand your frustration, with not getting the expected refund. The membership is a great way to get exclusive savings on many items and save on the cost of  in home and in-store services at one fixed price. When the plan is cancelled, the system will subtract the cost of any service you received during the membership. Once these services are cancelled they will be reflected in the price. If the service was already completed you will not get a refund for those services so those will be reflected as well, along with any exclusive savings you received as a result of having the membership. If you believe there has been an error, I would be happy to take a closer look.

You mentioned only getting the membership for this order and also that you cancelled it. Since your order has been cancelled and you've never used the membership, it should not be pro-rated. I would only be able to see what's going on, by looking at your account. I provided the above information to explain why you may possibly be getting back a pro-rated amount. However, like I mentioned this shouldn't be the case for cancelled services. The only other thing that could cause a pro-rated amount would be if you've already had the membership for months, but this does not sound like the case for you. In order to understand this matter better, I would need the requested information to take a closer look.
