Greetings, jheindel715!
Thank you for joining our community to share this with us!
Getting new appliances is meant to be an exciting time, and it should be a smooth process. This is not the experience I’d expect for you. While we do everything we can to ensure orders are available quickly, sometimes there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control. I’d be happy to see how I can assist you further.
First, I am going to need some more details from you. By clicking on the blue “Private Message” button when logged in, send me a private message with your order number or Customer Service PIN off your receipt, full name, phone number, and e-mail address. I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,

Been on hold twice today waiting for an update. Currently on hold for 50 minutes. At this point I think Ann the customer service rep isn’t coming back. Call reference number {removed per forum guidelines}.

Hey, Jennifer,
Being on hold for any amount of time is no fun, but the representative should get back on the line. Do you have a work order number I can look at? If so please send it to me via private message.
Thanks,

It sure does sound frustrating, but I've read several articles recently talking about appliances shortages, just like many other things in today's environment. While it can be confusing as if you go to BestBuy.com, or Samsung.com, or Lowes... they appear to have all kinds of stuff in stock and ready to go, but there are reports of trouble fulfilling orders all over the internet, apparently.
