Order 10K worth of appliances.  Applicances delivered about a month ago.  Our Full kitchen remodel schedule slipped.  Contractors installed the fridge yesterday.   The fridge is completely wrong.  Not even slightly close to what I actually ordered.  Because the applicance was delived more than 15 days ago customer service didnt help.  Extremely unhappy.  This is holding up the complition of my kitchen.  I need this resolved as soon as possible.  Who do I contract?
