Appliance non delivery and worst customer service

I am writing to express my deep disappointment in your service and customer service. My wife and I purchased washer on 8/14 and were promised delivery on 8/24. I took the day of on 8/24 for the delivery, after getting confirmation via three text messages and two email. The machine was never delivered and we did not receive a call or any notification. We re scheduled the delivery for today, we again received confirmations and verifications and once again the machine was not delivered and we were not informed. I called to get an update and was hung up on two separate times, when I asked one customer service agent for a manager I was told that they did not have a manager. I have canceled my order.

After this experience I can tell you that I will never spend a dollar at Best Buy again. I am deeply saddened by how I was treated as Best Buy has been my go to store for the past 15 years. Welcome to our Best Buy Support forums though I wish you were visiting us under better circumstances. I can understand that not receiving your washer when it was expected and not being able to get any updates on the status, is not the ideal delivery experience that we want to provide.
