Appliance exchange, over 10 calls to customer service

Can someone from corporate give me a call? I’ve call customer service over 10 times now and have no resolution. I had over $4,000 in appliances delivered and one of them is bad. I wait for it to come in stock online, call customer service, and by the time I get through the hold and questions all over again they tell me either their system is having issues or it’s out of stock. Yesterday after over 40 minutes of system is down and it’s out of stock I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said there wasn’t one available. Finally told me it was ordered and I’d get an email and of course I got no email and have no updates on my account

All I’m trying to do is replace a bad appliance. I’m tempted to return all 4K worth and go somewhere else at this point even though the others are fine

Thank you for taking the time to visit us here on our community forums. Having had a major appliance go out before, I know that it has a major impact on daily life.
