I need to get in touch with someone in the corporate office for Best Buy ASAP. I order my washer and dryer on 11/23/18 and I was suppose to get them delivered on 11/2/18 I wasted my whole afternoon waiting for this appliances to be delivered and they never showed up. I then have to go log in to track my items at 8pm come to find out Best Buy marked my items as delivered which was surprising knowing that I was home and no one came to my door. I had a horrible customwr experience over the phone with that night after I had to hold for 30 plus minutes I then had to call back again the next day and be on hold for 40 minutes for the rep to tell me I have to wait to get my washer delivered until 12/29/18 which is absolutely unacceptable... I’m now loosing money and time to get my clothes wash else where.. this is my first home delivery with Best Buy and it would mostly likely be the last ... I need a call from a district manager or corporate office.
