Appliance delivery

I need to get in touch with someone in the corporate office for Best Buy ASAP. I order my washer and dryer on 11/23/18 and I was suppose to get them delivered on 11/2/18 I wasted my whole afternoon waiting for this appliances to be delivered and they never showed up. I then have to go log in to track my items at 8pm come to find out Best Buy marked my items as delivered which was surprising knowing that I was home and no one came to my door. I had a horrible customwr experience over the phone with that night after I had to hold for 30 plus minutes I then had to call back again the next day and be on hold for 40 minutes for the rep to tell me I have to wait to get my washer delivered until 12/29/18 which is absolutely unacceptable... I’m now loosing money and time to get my clothes wash else where.. this is my first home delivery with Best Buy and it would mostly likely be the last ... I need a call from a district manager or corporate office.

I know it has been some time since you wrote out to us, but I wanted to see if there was anything that I could do to help. Black Friday is a magical time of the year where we stock up on the products we know our customer's want. Where we try to be as prepared for every possible scenario, it looks like the demand outgrew our supply. I would like to look into your situation more and see if there is any other solution that we can provide. Hi Jarret, unfortunately your too late with your response I had to go inside a Best Buy store to get my problem resolved because the 1-800 had horrible customer service. I did want to figure out about the promotion best but had when I purchase my items I was suppose to get $100 gift card with the purchase of 1k or more and my purchase was over 1k can you at least try to help me with that? Order#{removed per forum guidelines}
