Appliance delivery issues

I have had the absolute worst experience with delivery. Delivery was scheduled for Saturday 2/22 from 12-6. The company calls me at 2:45 on Saturday and says the delivery will be between 430-6 they are running late. At 5:45 the driver calls and says they are going to be even later, maybe 645 or 7. I asked if we could reschedule for Monday. They said sure. Then I start getting text messages and emails at all hours of the night up to 1 am saying URGENT we need to schedule your delivery. I call BB on Sunday and they don’t see the delivery scheduled for Monday. I got the run around and several rude people. I call later Sunday night and was hung up on twice and a representative lied and told me he was a supervisor. He also hung up on me. This is unacceptable. I would like someone to contact me regarding this horrible experience. I will update later this week if I ever get my appliance. Never ordering from Best Buy again!

Thanks for joining the Best Buy Community forums. I apologize for that missed delivery. We always want to be on time, because your time is important. A rude phone representative is also unacceptable.

 

The delivery crew itself cannot reschedule deliveries, so it sounds like they didn't communicate what you needed to do to get that scheduled. We need to work to be better going forward.
