Best Buy has lost any further sales to me. Purchased 3 appliances; Refrigerator delivered on-time (55 days after purchase), washer and dryer delayed.12 days later, washer delivered (didn't work on first attempt to run, and had a large scratch on door) dryer delayed again. 14 days more, dryer not delivered on date expected. Had to call customer service to find out when delivery would occur. Informed that I would again have to reschedule dryer delivery. At the time of purchase I was "upsold" to a more expensive washer and dryer set so that the items would be available. Can you say FRAUD? From the date of purchase, Best Buy had 52 days to get these items in stock and hold for my purchase, but they could not come through. Worst customer service ever!!! You have my money, but I do not have my product!! Don't buy from "Worst" Buy!!
