Appliance back order help

I placed an order for Thermador appliances in June of 2021. I paid over 30k and have not received my range or hood. Best Buy has rescheduled more than 4 times and has doesn’t let me know until the day of the scheduled delivery. I can not get anyone to give me a new delivery date. I am extremely frustrated! I have spent over 100k with Best Buy and would expect more communication. Can anyone please help me?

There should be a blue box that says “Private Message” to the right of my signature. If you click on that, it should take you to a new page to send me a private message.
