Appliance Installation/Damage issues

Hello,

 

I had a fridge and water line installed by best buy a few months ago. Several weeks ago I had to call a plumber out to fix a leak that was dripping from the ceiling in my basement. The leak was being caused by the water line installed by best buy. I am looking for Best Buy to resolve the problem by reimbursing me what the cost of the plubmer was due to their installation.

Welcome to our community, though I wish we were able to meet under better circumstances. Water damage isn’t any fun; we work hard to ensure quality services to make sure our customers are set up for success.

 

If you experience damage to your home from an installation or delivery service, we would recommend filing a claim with Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. You can begin by calling Sedgwick at (800) 620-7409 so they can gather required information to initiate the claim process. If you have already begun a claim, check on the status by calling (855) 832-1338 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. CT.
